Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are available for purchase. They can be purchased through our website, over the phone or in person. Our gift certificates are good for 1 (one) year. We do not allow refunds on gift certificates, however, they are transferrable.
Payment. Sweet Water Spa accepts Cash, (local) Check, Debit Cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Spaweek Gift Certificates or Gift Cards.
Appointment Scheduling. You will be requested to give a credit card number at the time of your reservation. No charges will be made to your card at the time of making your reservation, and you will be provided an opportunity to change your form of payment once you are here. We may request a deposit for larger groups or parties.
Cancellation Policy. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for single appointments. All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or “no shows”, 100% of the fees for service(s) will be charged to your credit card on file. For parties of 3 or more and/or receiving multiple appointments we require 72 hours notice. Cancellations made after that time will be charged to the credit card on file. Special conditions may apply to larger groups. Any appointments reserved with a gift certificate and cancelled within the 24 – 72 hour time frame (depending on appointments scheduled) will cause forfeiture of gift certificate or fees deducted from gift certificate if value exceeds appointments scheduled. By you providing us with your credit card information and/or gift certificate number you are accepting these terms and conditions.
Gratuities and Prices. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not reflect taxes or gratuities. If you feel that your therapist did an exceptional job, gratuities are always appreciated immensely by our team members. Standard gratuity is 20-25% depending upon your level of satisfaction with your experience. For groups of 3 or more, and/or packages we do apply a 20% gratuity at check out. If you would like to give your therapist more than the 20% you will have the opportunity to do so.
Our Etiquette Policy. We reserve the right to end services due to inappropriate client behavior. In private, one of our spa leaders will request that you leave the Spa. We will require you to pay for your service(s) in full.
Parking Street parking is available and requires you to pay at the kiosk located on the sidewalks. Kiosk's accept cash, coins or credit cards.Pay to park is Monday-Saturday 8:00 AM - 8:00PM Currently Sundays and holidays are Free. You can also download an app called "ParkSavannah". It allows you to extend your parking time in 15 minute increments to hours in advance, if needed, so you don't have to worry about your meter running out.
